I downloaded a tv series from a friend. The files were broken into mpeg3 format(9gb). I used vsoDvixtoDVd to convert for burning. I am now trying to use copytodvd to burn to dvd. The files are a total of 18.2gb. I tried breaking the files up (they seemed to be named by each episode vob, ifo, bup. I am unable to make a readable dvd. Does anyone have any insight as to why? ...or maybe a better suggestion. Please help.

you can't break up a dvd like that.

just make several dvds with convertxtodvd instead, add as many episodes so it will fit on one DVD (4.37GB) and convert and burn it.

    Similar situation...

I am trying to convert MPEG3 video files (around 700Meg) to dvd. I use Nero to convert the files to dvd format making them almost 8 gig. Then try to use imgburn to make the dvd since nero doesnt do well with dual layer dvds. Imgburn tells me there is no good place for a layer break every time.

    Any ideas?
