Hi,
New to burning dvd. I have a MPEG file (ripped from other region) and I can sucessfully burn it to dvd (nero), but my Sony dvd player says it won't play it because it's the wrong region.
Is there a way to remove region from the file, or is it easier to disable/change region on my dvd player?
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Ripped DVDs have no Region Code. Your problem is video format (PAL - NTSC) and there is no easy solution to that problem other than to buy a player that can convert PAL format to NTSC format.
