Hey im using Nero 7 and sometimes adobe premiere im starting to notice audio sync problems. I have a video file that plays on my computer fine. Wheni take that file and use nero to make a dvd out of it the audio gets out of sync by liek 3 minutes. Ive been doing some reading and think that because the file is pal and im converting it to ntsc that what causes to audio to get out of sync. Is there anything i can do or use that will keep my audio in sync when converting from pal to ntsc or am i out of line in thinking that could be the problem?

Stop using Nero for anything other than burning. It is rubbish as a DVD authoring tool.
PAL to NTSC conversion is the likely cause, although Nero also goes out of sync with VBR MP3 audio tracks, and sometimes just for the hell of it.
If you must use a no-brain all-in-one encoding and authoring tool, try ConvertXtoDVD instead. It is the most consistent one-click-wonder tool around. Then burn the results with ImgBurn2.Read my blog here.
