Is there a way to compress a movie using x264 and retain multiple audio tracks? Many of my projects would go much more smoothly if I could have multiple language tracks bundled with the video but I cannot figure out how to do this with the current bunch of tools.

Also, thanks for 0.9t Major. It is much easier to understand the options in the tool section with this new layout.

  2. I add to the to-do list to include support for multiple audio tracks in MP4 H264.

    Major,

What's the status on this feature addition?

  4. I plan to include it in a tool, either for 0.0.9y or 0.0.9z.

  5. Can this be done with other formats such as XviD, DivX or anything else?

  6. AVI multitrack audio is already possible, by using the tool "Mux as.." "AVI+audio". A little slow, but should work.

  7. Ideally, I would use MediaFork to rip H264 with passthrough AC3 audio, then mux in the director's commentary or something with this ffmpegx feature.

Anyone tried? My first attempts failed - ffmpegx's progress bar went to 100% immediately, with no progress notes.
