How to get specific frame from current streaming as picture?
i'm using Widnows Media Encoder SDK, i want to make some processing on static image every 1 or 2 seconds and do this task without affect current broadcasting using the same camera,
if there a function that retrieve frames every specific period and return it as picture JPG or bmp whatever
C# only plz
