I can here some noise that sounds like a fan or something is dirty. It's a very low noise that sounds like a refrigerator (When that makes noise, if that makes sense). It's not silent like it was before. I opended it up, and used some canned air to clean the inside, as well as the fans. BUT, I think it might be my PSU. Can I just point the can of air into the PSU (While everything is off) or will I damage something?

Yes, you can. Try not to tip the can upside down or sideways, as the air that comes out will turn to frost. I usually blow out the PSU from the inside out. You shouldn't damage anything.

Prop the fan with something so it doesn't spin when you spray the air. You don't want to damage the bearings in the fan shorten the life of the PSU.
