What would give better picture quailty, the Samsung converting unit or the Toshiba multisystem unit?
I know one cost more than the other but I would like the best quality.
Thanks,
Scott

The Samsung tends to work well with tapes. I've not used the Toshiba, but I know the Samsung is decent.
