  1. Can someone please help me out, im converting a video_ts file on my mac to an mp4 file on my mac usinf the ffmpegx conversion program. so after its converted (into the mp4 .264 format) i copy and paste it like it says into the mp_root foler . when i dismount my psp, and go look for it, it doesnt even show anything is there anywhere on my psp. i have a 1 gb card, and after i paste the video ontp the psp, it says i have like 150 mb left, so its there somewhere, can anyone help me?

    I also need help converting my AAC to MP3 for my PSP. It just dings instantly and gives me corrupted, incomplete files.

    Again, this might be better answered in the ffmpegx forums....

    For the conversion to .mp4 have you tried in the meantime to
    try to encode the video_TS folder to Mp4 via MpegStreamclip
    or via Visual Hub/iSquint?

    The PSP expects a certain naming convention for its videos' file names. If I recall correctly, iSquint did this easily.

    The PSP also expects the videos to be in certain folders on the Memory Stick, not in the root folder. I don't remember the folders' names at the moment, though.

    Apparently, you can also have a folder named 'video' off the root, which is less strict about the filenames. You can try placing the videos in there and see if they'll play as well, but chances are more likely they'll play if they're in the default video folders (my apologies for forgetting the folder paths.)

    One of the folders is mentioned there - mp_root/100anv01 . The other folder's name is 100mnv01. I don't remember what the criteria is for placing mp4 videos in either folder, unfortunately.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
