Samsung R135 and divx files question

I have some problems with divx files. R135 can play some of the .avi files, but not all of them. For those having problems, it shows a lot mosaic on screen. I can play those files on PC w/o any problem.

Another issue is how I can choose srt files on R135 if I have several srt files associated w/ .avi file.

Check the files using the latest gspot, it will tell you the codecs used for the file. You will see that the files that don't play properly are different than the ones that work. Basically, you will need to reencode the files that don't play properly to make them compliant with your player.

I'm not familiar with the R135 and subtitles. You may have to choose the sub title file first (highlight subtitle file and press subtitle button?) and then highlight and play the video file.
