Two weeks I cant solve my problem. I have 3 srt subtitles and I mux it with x264 video into mp4 with mp4box or mkv with mkvmerge. But I can't see two out of three subtitles. I use VLC player. Stream information says subtitle tracks are there, but are not shown.
I stick to unicode character set.
Is there anything important that possibly I don't know?
I can upload short clip somewhere if you think it can help you to help me.

have you just used vlc to test with? try with mpc together with latest haali media splitter also.
