Movie maker Frame rate

Making animation with Movie maker by assembling single pictures, running the movie shows slow like slowmotion. please make suggestions what is the problem? or if there is a better program or way to do this? Thanks

You probably need to change the default Picture Duration.

Go to Tools/Options...

Change the value for Picture Duration. Note, the lowest value is 0.125s, which will give you a max frame rate of 8 frames per second.

However, you can also apply a Speed Up video effect, which doubles the frame rate. So, you could create the basic animation at 0.125s per frame, then, in a new project, import the animation and apply the Speed Up effect.
