DVD Decrypter or Encrypter.

My friend burns AVI and other various video files onto DVD-Rs with either DVD Decrypter or DVD Encrypter. I downloaded DVD Decrypter but I don't see how you can burn AVI files to DVDs, I just see ways to put DVD movies onto my hard drive. I can't find any program called "DVD Encrypter" but I'm 98% sure he was using one or the other to burn AVIs to DVDs.

Any Help?

DVD Decrypter can burn ISO images to DVD, however you have to create these separately first.

The burning engine in DVD Decrypter has become it's own program called ImgBurn 2, which can burn pretty much anything to CD or DVD. It is the best tool for burning DVD Video, but can also burn data discs.

It cannot do conversions, so it does not convert avi files to DVD, and it does not burn audio CDs.

If you're looking for AVI to DVD trancoder/authorer/one-click wonders, you can't go wrong with ConvertX2DVD (it's payware). You can try its earlier cousin, Divx2DVD, which lacks the latest features and refinements, but should work just fine.
