Hello guys.

I'm interested if there is , and Im sure there must be some software to handle Video in lets say upper corner, with interactive tickerline or some other information.

So this must be a player, playing lets say a stored video , but in predefined monitor position, below must be a tickerline which is reading from a file and lets say updates every 5 minutes. So this is as I guess like small telestudio.

Any help will be appreciated. Srr for my poor English
