Hi, I have a AVerMedia DVD EZMaker USB 2.0, and I'm running neoDVD to capture, and what's very strange is that when I'm just previewing the video coming in off my VCR, the audio quality is great, but when I try to play the captured files (regardless of format, mpeg-2 or DVD) the audio drops to almost nothing. If I turn up my speakers VERY loud, I can catch a little bit of the dialogue, so I know it's capturing it, but for some reason extremely quietly.
I really don't get what could be causing this problem... like I said, the audio comes through loud and clear when I'm just playing the tape, but when it's captured it's sooooo faint, like maybe 1% volume.
If you have any idea what could be going on here, I'd appreciate it so much! I'm trying to convert old family tapes and it would be so much better if we could hear what everbody's saying!
Thanks in advance,
Allen
