First off, I would like to thank everybody from this and in this forum. I have read this site and forum front to back, and have found all the help I would ever want. After reading through everything I finally bought myself a DVD ROM, and did my first rip. It was a rip of Hellraiser 2 and after about four hours of testing different samples I finally got it to turn out great. No blocks at all that I can see even in the high action scenes, like the one where the guys head explodes. It's 100 minutes long and it still fits onto 2 CDs with great quality, at least I think so. If anybody wants to see a sample of it I can make one. It really surprised me that it turned out as good as it did. Again I would like to say thanks to everybody, I found the answer to ever problem I was having here. Oh I converted it to .S.V.C.D. 480 X480 bitrate was 2000 sound was 128 and other various settings.
    Thanks

I used DVD Decryptor v3.0, DVD2AVI, TMPGEnc. I made a three-minute sample of the beginning, it has a lot of running and the scene where the chains are in the guys head and it explodes. As far as I can tell I don't see any blocks, and it even looked better on my stand-alone DVD player. I really don't know how I can get the sample to you, I could put it on morpheus so you can download it and check it out. It's about 50 MB and I think it's about three minutes long.
