    *Looks* like the ultimate play everything machine. Even plays jpeg's and Picture CD for slide shows! I'm suprised it's not on the compatibility list yet? And, this being the case, I've no confirmation that it will play DVD-R/RW. Anyone know whether it does? Or if there's some fatal bug that's kept it off the compatibility list (other than it's $300)? Sure seems like it could be my ideal thing.

    And actually i need to know if it will play *any* home-burned video-containig disc. The manual (via .pdf) doesn't specify playback of any burned media other than CD-R/RW - as is typical of all DVD players i know of. Thanks for any help.
