help with plextor 760

Hey i have 2 dvd burners my master is a plex 760 the slave is pioneer 710 i dont have any problems burning with the 710 the plext burns cd ok but when it comes to burning dvd with img i get this error. I have gotten to burn 1 dvd. When it fails i get this error message. Anyone know whats going on?

ps i checked my device manager and there are no question marks under the ide

Ok sorry guys i did a search at first and people were talking about programs then i did an internet search and got my answer it seems roxios drag to disk had access to the drive which caused the problem i had to close it before using img to burn
