    After DVD Shrink finished analyzing, I saw the DVD Structure has Menus, Main Movie, Extras and Unreferenced Material. Because a part of bar has turned red, I would like to backup the Main Movie only. Do you know how to leave out everything but the Main Movie only before clicking on the Backup button? In other words, how to select the Main Movie only for backup? Thank you for your answer.

    It's been a while, but I believe you click on the "Re-author" button at the top and then select what you want from the left hand side.

    Use ReAuthor and drag the files you want from the right column to the left. There are several guides with the details.
