Can some of you please post where I could find a converter to convert PAL Video to NTSC format for my friends dvd player. Since many released vcds are in PAL format his player doesn't auto correct the video signal so he's looking for a converter. Please help1

What player does he have?
On Apex models you have to go into the setup menu, select TV type, and set it to NTSC. If you do that, then PAL VCDs will play fine. If it's set to auto you get scrambled lines, but the audio still plays.
Maybe his player has an option like that.
VCD is region/format free. You can even mix PAL, NTSC, and FILM on the same VCD. -
no its a Plillips and doesn't have that options. I need a converter.
