Ive downloaded a movie, and its FMP4 codec, ive downloaded this codec from www.theorica.net (the setup also tells me to uninstall all divx and Xvid codec for some reason)

Problem: When i play the video, it goes by the rate of x2 or x3 its normal speed and sometimes the video freezes, it goes so quick that sometimes my pc cant put up with it!

Please if anybody knows about this problem please give me a solution!!

    Greatly appreciated.

First, that is a codec pack which is bad new to begin with.

Second, it is an outdated codec pack.
