    Can anyone suggest a good converter that will convert to Quicktime MOV format AND will allow me to change settings, such as video and audio bitrates and stretching? I know there are many out there, but I was hoping for a recommendation that doesn't stretch the audio.

    What have you tried? I would start with Quicktime Pro.
