  1. Hi there,
I am a big fan of live concerts and musicals and sometimes it would be fun to have (in the same dvd) some mp3 files in a folder to play them at the end of the concert like an "extra" contained in the DVD.
I am not referring as ripping the audio already contained in the dvd, but to ADD mp3 files ( could be of the same band but not live or something)
I wouldnt mind burning only the concert itself and then have a mp3 folder in the DVD disk as well.
I assume that the disk will only have VIDEO_TS, AUDIO_TS, and then an "MP3 FOLDER" in the dvd disk. I tried to burn it this way but It didnt play on a standalone dvd player.

Is there anyway to do this?
    Thanks

You can put about anything you want on a DVD disc, as long as it's not in the VIDEO_TS folder. A very few players may have problems with the additional folders, but most should just ignore them and just play the VIDEO_TS folder contents. Are you sure there's not another problem with the disc that's causing the playback problem?

The MP3 part may only play back on a computer, though. I've made DVDs with a folder with the original Xvid source file on the DVD and never had a problem.
