I tried record streaming video, with WM Recorder 10.2, and found that quality of ready clips isn't very good: sometimes the video stops for second, or picture floats, or the sound interrupts, etc.
This occurs probably due big difference between streaming video bitrate 1800kbps, and insufficient internet connection bandwith: its 512kbps(in fact, even lower, near 250-300kbps). I think some packets are just lost and this affect on video quality. Since there is no way affect on existing ISP bandwith, its will never possible to get good video quality use any streaming recording technology. Some packets will be lost anyway - this make video corrupted. The only way get good quality is save video same as any file, 'save as', but this not possible in streaming technology.

    And your question is?

Typically if you choose (if available), the appropriate download speed for your connection, you will get decent video quality without all of the problems you are seeing.

Just wanted specify that there is no way to get good video recording if streaming video bitrate is much higher than ISP connection speed.
