MPiO FG200 *.mp4 transcode help

hi i've got an mpio fg200 player for christmas, i really like it.
i would like to ask for help about video transcoding

there's an "official" application for making videos for the player with this program.

well its simply doesnt working, -> "Transcoding Fail"
no log, or debug mode just this msg.

is there any idea for making divx/xvids -> mpio mp4 format?
or any idea about howto fix this program?

well no codecs were installed, so now its working properly
