Where can I find jewel case size thin clamshell cases for CDs DVDs?

I'm looking for quality clamshell cases that are thin like those thin DVD cases, but are the approx height size of regular CD jewel cases. They must also be the style of a DVD case where you put in a wrap around label. I want to buy 50 or so in bulk. So I dont' want to take a crap shot one something I just came across on the net and end up with junk.

Can anyone recommend an online shop that might sell this type?

I'm not sure how much luck you'll have finding a slim case with wraparound labeling. I've never seen them.

I have bought thousands of the slim (about 1/2 thickness of regular) CD cases, I think they size them as "5mm". But they're surely not wraparound. I'm not sure you would be able to read them even if they were, being so skinny.
