Do you have the Nero MP3 plugin? If you do have it, then it may be a problem with your filenames, too long or unusual characters or spaces.

I am assuming you are burning an audio cd (and not a data cd with lots of mp3's on it) .... your problem could be unsupported bitrate and/or sample rate .... check your mp3 files and make sure they have a sample rate of 44.100hz 16 bit (this is the cd standard) also chech the bitrate as most burning apps dont support weird bitrates .... they should be 128, 160, 192, 256, 320kb/s or something similar ... if you see weird bitrates (ie odd numbers etc) such as 197, 239 etc then these are most likely have a vairable bitrate and nero (and other burning apps) wont accept them .... you will need to convert them to a constant bitrate (i reccomend 192kb/s) ... there are lots of tools to do this .. look in the tools section of this site ... personally i use an app called mpeg suite from electronic cosmo ... you can download it here (its a free app) .. http://ec2000.xperiment.net/index.php?id=software
