I had some subbed movies but I did not find their subtitles !!!
So, is there any softs to create subtitles directly from the dubbed speech???
And how can I make the subtitles with the soft "Subtitle workshop"???
Please,help me???Thanks!!!

Or if any subtitles on the dvd then rip it to text and convert to your language using for example babelfish or something. Or search online subtitle databases for subs, see https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=267416
