unable to visualize old mpg video

Hello,
I attach a video that I am not able to view correctly; I think it is created for an old "reelmedia" mpeg card from sygma systems... I tried to convert almost 20 times to diferent formats with no luck... Can you help me ?

First, thanks for your answer.

I send the screenshot of the file information, and other for the horrible video aspect I'm having... Well, what I want to do with this file is to watch it correctly, as simple as it sounds. It is because it belongs to a set of videos that I saw years ago from this game, and I like them...

Second, I would like to convert them to avi in divx or something that I would be able to play in a normal divx player outside the computer....

what tools have you tried convert with? triec virtualdub ? super?
tried play with vlc?

I installed super and re-test play in vlc, and I got the same results... Image plays with garbage...

I noticed that the video I posted in a previous message is not available too...

It's probably too big, you can post max 2MB files in our forum and it seems to be 2.13MB according to gspot.

It look like a damaged mpeg file (ie: read from a scratched disc or a cd-r damaged by time)
