    I have lots of Music Video *.Vob's
    on some of them the sound quality is not as good as i would like it to be
    is there anyway to strip the audio and/or re-encode the audio from
    a seperate Mp3 or Wav file???? ...So i can get better sound from
    some of the Music video *.Vob's

    Just reencoding wont help, Garbage In Garbage Out. You could try some filters with advanced audio encoders but it's probably not worth it.....so find better sources instead.

    You can use video editors to replace the audio. just use a mp3 to replace the audio in your
    music video. I did that using Sony Vegas. Look in tools more video editors
