    i need some instruction to how to make a vcd and some basic stuff and i need tools for making them

    Take a look to the left under Author (for making x(S)VCDs) and Convert (for converting divx, rm, avi, etc to x(S)VCDs). There are also good guides/faqs at http://www.doom9.org
