Hi all, I have video working a treat however I'm without audio. Having stripped the card down I forund the audio chipset but cannot find any drivers to support this.
Details are:
TV Card TAPC-I701P (says LG on the tuner)
TDA5737M (Audio I believe)
Conexant Fusion 878A
25878-12
E32678.1
0023 Korea

Unless you have the original installation disc containing the drivers , then you may find it impossible to locate them .
You might want to sign up with www.driverguide.com , and after you have confirmed the new account , you can search for what it is you need ... it's one of the best service's around .
As for audio ... audio in via line-in only ... you should beable to hear the audio playback via the pc speakers ... when that's set you should be right to go .
If the card came with it's own proprietry program ... there should be a setting for audio via line-in , and not the device itself (capture card) .
Audio which is fed directly to video capture device's can cause's interference ... better picture quality is obtained by following the previous advice about line-in . -
Cheers for that, looks like a new card is on the horizon. Looks like the TV Card was a bundled item with a new PC so tall order.
I did buy a Digital TV USB dongle but silly me forgot I need to capture in analog format... Doh!
