I started to learn DVD-lab and already made few simple basic DVD's with simple menus. But now I tried something more advanced and got stucked. Seems like simple thing...main menu with two buttons "Play" and "Scene selection", but not working as a links. Those are just objects besides wich is one button that is supposed to move as a "cursor" up and down as you choose one of the choices. I thin it is made with the switching menus, but couldn't figure out how to make it. I managed to move the button up and down, but I have to push "down" on the remote controler and "enter"...then the button goes down. The same for the up direction. I just have to always approve the movement with "enter" on the remote. Guess it has something to do with "auto action" in the buttno properties, but couldn't make it run. Anyone has an idea how to solve this?
Thanx in advance

Create the button next to each menu item. Link them to the title and scene selection menu respectively. On the properties sheet for the buttons, click on the link tab, set visibility to Invisible normal. Do this for both buttons. Now they will only be highlighted when they have focus, so the button will appear to jump from one to the other. Auto action is not required.
