    Here's the deal:
I'm making DVDs for The Amazing Race: Asia for my own personal use, but I want them to look nice/professional because I'm kind of a perfectionist when it comes to this sort of thing. I want to have the look of an envelope torn open and then three clues (basic rectanges) popping out one by one. I already have the graphic and animation done (using Photoshop 7 and Vegas 7 respectively.) Here's the basic look:
Anyways, I want there to be a video clip or image on each of the clues that will serve as buttons. Now for the tricky part that I need help with. I need the clips/pics to pop up along with the clues (as if they were on the clues) one by one and be highlightable. I would also be fine if the buttons would just be text, but the main thing is I want them to move in with the clues. Is this possible? Is it possible with DVD Architect 2? If not what program should I use? How do I do it!?
    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Bryan

The only way to do this is with switched menus. They are not difficult to do, and can be done in most authoring tools. They do take planning though, as you have to create a new menu for every state. In your case, you probable need one for each episode, and perhaps a neutral one for other menu options.

This link : http://mediachance.com/dvdlab/tutorial/switchmenu.html describes switched menus and how to create them in DVD Lab Pro, however the basic concepts hold for DVD architect and other programs as well.

I'll probably be picking up a copy of DVD Workshop 2 this weekend. I've heard it's great.

There are few things it cannot do, and it's easy. Extremely easy to use.
