DVD Shrink should run automatically, have you got RipIt4Me setup correctly?

For RipIt4Me you should already have the last version of DVDShrink and DVDDcrypter, and the latest version of FixVTS. When the rip is complete, you should be in DVDShrink.
Before I use DVDShrink, I use VOBBlanker to get rid of any video I don't want, so DVDShrink will shrink as little as possible, which keeps the video as high a quality as possible. VOBBlanker allows greater control over what you blank out. VOBBlanker runs much faster than DVDShrink, and will decrease the time DVDShrink runs, since it will be shrinking less. For TV DVDs you can blank out the second half of the episodes for the first DVDR, and then blank out the first half of the episodes for the 2nd DVDR, which will keep the video at 100% without having to use DVDShrink. Some days it seems as if all I'm doing is rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic
