    Hi,

    Can anyone give me advice on burning a video file to either CD or DVD.
    The video file was made with Windows Story Picture 3.
    My operating system is XP SP2

    You burn it as any other file. Or do you want to create a Video DVD out of it? If so, use the setting "Profile for creating DVDs" when saving out in PhotoStory3, encode to mpg and author as Video DVD. (See wmv to DVD under CONVERT left)
