    Once you got RM into an more popular format like AVI, then anything goes.

    It's simple.

    You just need to install/register RealMediaSplitter.ax plugin. More information about this plugin, Google it^_^. And then you can use Tmpgenc or CCE to convert rm to DVD directly.
