help for dubbing movie

hello,

i have two copies of same movie with different languages i want to dub first movie with second movie audio.
both movies are in RMVB format.
how i can do this.
plz help me.
and tell me softwares for dubbing


my mediainfo for the first movie is

Bit rate : 497 Kbps

Info : RealVideo 9
Bit rate : 433 Kbps

do you want it in real media(rmvb) format? I don't know any rm demultiplex / multiplex tool.
