I went to afterdawn.com and it's asking if I want to open or save the file, which one do I chose? Thanks

After I get the DVD shrink downloaded on my computer what do I do? Do I need to download anything else? Thanks for all the help.
OK,I did it but when I clicked open disk it's telling me: DVD Shrink encountered an error and can't continue. Invalid DVD navigation structure. -
I've done what it tells me to do but it's still not allowing me to burn DVDs. I've downloaded DVD Shrink, FixVTS 1.6, & DVD Decrypter. Decryptor is saying I/O Error! And a bunch of other stuff. The other things aren't working either.

Try Ripit4me.

Ok, I've done that and it's finished, however, it stopped and DVD Shrink popped up. I clicked on open disc and it says: DVD Shrink encountered an error and can not continue: Invalid DVD navigation structure. What do I do now? Also, do I just x off the DVD Ripit4me? The guides are not helping me any. Thanks

From the guide:
But you say:6. Finally, RipIt4Me will open the ripped files in DVD Shrink for you.If I read the guide right, the disc, ripped to HDD will be opened in DVDShrink as it pops up.DVD Shrink popped up. I clicked on open disc

Ok lets start from the beginning:
1.Is the DVD scratched or smudged?
2.Can you play the DVD on your PC?
3.Is this DVD pressed or homemade?
4.If it's pressed what's the movie? -

Read a number of guides such as the ones I have linked to above and follow them, WORD FOR WORD. They are written to help people such as yourself ease into things like DVD copying. If you get an error, type out or alternatively get a screen capture of the exact error message, and indicate exactly which part of the guide you got up to before this error message occurred. We cannot see your screen from here so you need to be our eyes and earsOriginally Posted by hamntre
If in doubt, Google it.
