Hi!
I'm a newbie in this area and need some information and tips on how to solve the following issue.
I'm trying to stream live-tv between 2 win-xp computers with VLC. I use a Hauppauge Win-TV USB2 MPEG capture card at the server pc. The quality when I do local playback without streaming is good, and I have no issues with the picture being jerky/flicker.
But if I instead stream the picture with UDP to my other computer, the picture on the client jerks and flicker much more, though the picture quality is still good. I just use MPEG TS to encapsulate the stream, and I have tried alot of varius settings.
Anyone have any idea of what I can try?[/
