Help! Can't D/L Nero Clean Tool 6 or even the General Clean Tool fr Site?

Hi, I hope that someone can help me here. I am trying to d/l the Nero Clean Tool 6 from their site or even the General Clean Tool and can't. I keep getting a message that the page maybe having technical difficulties and is not available.

Has anyone recently d/l any of these tools, or is there a setting that is causing me a problem. This is the only site that I can't access and I need to clean out my current program and start afresh.
I have posted at other sites and no replies and I am desperate to rid of my current program.

I just tried it and I'm not seeing any problem at the present getting to the Nero site and DLing the program. If you are still having problems, you can find it at other locations with a Google search. Nero has international sites and not all of them will be down at the same time.

I'm not sure what settings would prevent DLing the program. Maybe a antivirus or a site blocking program, but it should still alert you and give you options.

Thx I really appreciate the advice, I will try other international sites and see what happens. I think I looked at the softpedia site, however it had a d/l version that was more than what I wanted to do and it never occurred to me to try other countries.

I have posted at several forums and no one replied and so I really want to thankyou for the suggestion and I will reply back with my results.

Well I simply don't know what to make of what is going on here. All of my other d/l's work fine; but this one just refuses to d/l.

I have tried the international sites and the same thing occurs: the green blocks move slowly across the bottom of the window as if it is downloading but ever so slow and I am on high speed and the Window finally opens and says page not available and at the bottom in the Task Bar is a message "cannot find server".

I have even copy and pasted an "fttp." Link that I was given and that won't work it does the same thing with the same messages.
I can't understand this.

There are no bugs in my machine it is clean and working fine. I have good security and this is the only program that is not working properly for a d/l.

Is there possibly a way that my former employer software tech could have disabled my ability to d/l this tool???

I really hope someone has some ideas as I need to clean out this Nero 6 and do a clean install.

I would appreciate and be thankful for any suggestions.
