Just happened upon the page with the prizewinning videos from Michael Tam's site's competition.
I just wanna view the award winning video "The Cunning Plan."
So I registered. And I skimmed the Newbie topics hoping for a clue about how to do it but they are already beyond my knowledge. And I downloaded the VLS internet plug-in for my G-3 with Moc OS X, hoping just that simple step would allow me to view "The Cunning Plan" but all I still get is a brief "Bonggg, " the little bead moving from left to right as the video loads, a black rectangle where the video image should be playing, and when the bead reaches the right hand end, nothing but more blackness and that's all, folks. The video doesn't play, no matter whaere I click.
In verrry simple terms, is there a simple soluiton for someone who is not inclined to "study" video and how to use it?
Is there any hope of Lala Lark (I admit it - I'm blonde) viewing the prizewinning video this week?![]()
Thanks!

well if you got it off the site here as cunning_plan_(small).avi then just about anything should play it as it's a 320x240 divx file.
if not do a search for it here and right click on the link and "save as". navigate to the saved file and open it with any media player.--

Hi Aed,
Thanks. I did save the video as a file as you advised but I must be missing the right video plug-in to play it. Would tht explain the black box where there should be an image?
