I tried a program about a year ago and it was cool. import a pic, highlight the mouth and eyes then add music. basicaly I want to do like in the YOP commercial
any one know of a trial I could give a go?

There are a variety of morphing programs, however I don't know of any that can also lip sync. Debugmode give away winmorph, so it might be worth a look.
There is a lip sync package for flash animators, however I think you have to give it a range of mouths and it then matches them to vocals.Read my blog here.

problem is I don't have prog anymore
basicly I want to take a pic of my uncle and play some audio from a dvd and his mouth would move not in time but the cheesier the better -
You want cheesy?
Take the picture of your uncle and blow it up full size. Tear out the mouth. Point your camcorder at the picture (on a tripod so everything is really still). Stand behind the picture with your mouth in the mouth hole.
Not only is that cheesy, it's beautiful.XP
