Vitals:
OS – XP Pro
System 1.8 GHz, 512 RDRAM, 80 GB
HP 9500 12x10x24x
and/or
Lite-On 24x10x030x
Nero 5.5.5.6 (whatever latest ver. is)
Problem:
I have burned using both CDRW’s at all speeds possible and still I am unable to play VCD’s on my new Toshiba DVD player. The kicker is I can play them on my laptop and my desktop DVD ROM.
Any thoughts…

sounds like you did everything correct. probably is that your player doesn't play cdrw, check here and see http://www.vcdhelp.com/dvdlist/listall.html
