Have the ATI Randeon RRD card, captured Music Video from Digital Cable, on the PC looks great. Ran it through TMPGEnc to cut and saved the output to Standard VCR Template. Play back on TV has a lot of Block motion is the fast moveing parts (Dancing, fast movement etc) What did I do wrong? Picture is very good (color tone etc....) Any assistance is greatly appricated in advanceBud

I have similar problem with captured DV avi files. TMPG seems to be the only encoder which creates an mpeg where fast motion seems to "deinterlace", if that's the correct term, when viewed on TV. Any advise on setting the capture, rendering of the avi or settings in TMPG are appreciated.
