    I have downloade the program "VOBMerge" but the language is not English. Is there a English version available?

    Click on the programs name in your first post .
    New window opens from videohelp tools section .

    Click on main download link only , not the second one .
    New window opens with main site of program shown .

    Do not click the highlighted link in the text area at the bottom ... up in the text is the english download you wanted .

    When I use the program and merge four vob-files and after that import the created new vob-file into the "Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0", I get a half-size-picture (screen). What´s wrong?
