Is there an english version of itunes for Japanese movies - mainly Godzilla

Ok is there an english language version of itunes for Japanese movies - mainly Godzilla movies?

Main reason I ask is I want to be able to buy a download of Godzilla 1984 (aka Godzilla 1985 here with Raymond Burr but I want the original Japanese version).

I have checked and there is a bluray release of this movie now. But it is only at foreign distributors not at American stores. And it is in Japanese only without English subtitles. Would a Region A bluray disc play in a North American PS3?

Before you ask I do have an imported Hong Kong release of the movie on dvd. However it is only in stereo and not in 5.1. Also I don't want to pay upwards of 60.00 for a single movie (yes I saw a price like that at yesasia.com or one of the other import websites). Edit - the dvd I have right now DOES have english subtitles at least however it is letterboxed and when I use the tv zoom feature it crops off the subtitles - it has other subtitles on top of the english ones making them disapear when zoomed in for a proper 16:9 effect.

Is there a legal place to buy a high def download of Return of Godzilla (the 1984 release)?

I have checked the Playstation store on my ps3 and it is not available. I also checked amazon.com, itunes, and zune marketplace and did not find it.

Are there places to legally buy this movie at a reasonable price without buying the disc? DOWNLOADS ONLY please. I may resort to buying the bluray and gambling that my liteon bluray rom will read it on the pc. BUT I want to buy online for download first if it all possible.

Edit - oh and also I did click the Japan link in Itunes but I was only able to access music in itunes and unfortunately it was all in Japanese.

Edit 2 - and fyi I am MOSTLY interested in a 5.1 track version. I have an old vhs of the 1985 American dubbed version that I recently transferred to dvd and I have my import dvd but both are stereo so 5.1 is what I want. But I don't want to pay more than 20.00 or so - about the price of a brand new bd release - anything more that for a single movie is just asking way too much when I already have two copies of it.

Oh and I did check ebay and didn't see the Japanese bluray release only the import dvd I already have that isn't 5.1.
