I have DVD R-RW on my computer and am using Real Player/Windows Media and Roxio. I am trying to view and make a copy of video (recorded from Sony Digital on DVD-R 8 cm disc) and the computer and any software is not reading.
I want to see the video and make a DVD copy of it.
Thanks

You should be able to copy it with Roxio the same way you copy any (non-copy-protected) DVD. Have you done that before?

This thread may relate, it's the first one I found: https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?p=1567283#1567283
Have you finalized the disc? That seems to be a common problem. If it's in DVD format, just about any DVD type program should be able to open it. DVD-VR format could also be the problem.
If it came from a Sony camcorder, you should also be able to go to Sony's site and get any programs that may be needed to open it.
