  1. 1,
    Will you be adding a update checker so that when you start up S2D it first checks to see if there is a later version available.

    Quite often i and maybe others are not aware that there is a later version available until we read something like "Problems with SVCD2DVD 2.1.2422" on the site.

    2,
    I know s2d can delete created s2d files after an avi conversion etc but i remember sometime ago that if you cancelled a avi run etc it would leave the incomplete created files on the system,Is there something in the pipeline that would clean these files up should you cancel the run etc.

    Not moaning or anything but would like to see number 1 and what can be done with number 2.

    1. A long time ago this was in place. However many people didn't like the feature... So as a result it is no longer in place. I rely on this site to annouce new builds.

    2. Not sure what you mean. Can you explain?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

  3. The files produced during an avi conversion are deleted if the process it left to run to the end but i think if you interupt or something along that nature it doesn`t unless you have carried this out and i have no read about it.
    Trying to find previous post to put her for you.

  4. ok found it sept 23rd 2005,

    In the meantime if you abort a processing run you will have to be responsible for cleaning up the files produced.
