After trying many recorders, I bought a 533H about a year ago. I like it very much except of course having to deal with the TV Guide... but I have that sorted out. This is what I want to know: Is there a way to burn DVD's that when played on other players, show the menu? All of my DVD's made on this recorder start plaing on other players with a black screen until you hit play or menu. Is there a setting for this in the Pioneer Recorder? Sure would like to see the menu first.
thanks for your help in advance!
Glenn

The Pioneer recorders author the disc in a way that the menu only appears if one presses the menu button on their remote. There is no way to change that on the Pioneer.
