Sprint 48 hours ago issued a firmware update for the LG LX-550 Fusic over-the-air. Unfortunately, this update fried every phone it was installed on, causing them to reboot endlessly. The update has been pulled.
Sprint Nextel has confirmed that they will replace these phones, free of charge to any customer. To have the phone replaced, take it to your nearest Sprint Store.

I'm glad I don't have that phone.
Generally speaking though Sprint has been pretty good.
